FAQ
  • Can I put my glorious mud mug, bowl or plate in the dishwasher?"
Yes you can! Life is too short for washing up, and our designs are fired on to over 800 degrees, so can cope with a dishwasher without fading.
  • Can I buy wholesale?
Yes, if you run a shop or gallery, museum or charity we would love to hear from you. Take a look at our wholesale page and send an email to Cressida at: gloriousmudceramics@gmail.com
  • Can you post abroad?
Yes, our prices include UK postage 2nd class, so if you want someting sent abroad we will work out the difference in postage cost and give you a quote at cost. Just email us at gloriousmudceramics@gmail.com
  • How long will my order take to make?
If you order something bespoke, for example a map coaster, we will send you the map for approval, and once you give us the go ahead you should receive it in under two weeks. However, in the run up to Christmas we are out and about at craft fairs, so the lead times are longer. We usually wait until the end of the fairs and spend early December frantically getting everything made. If you need something for a particular date, please ask and we will let you know if we can do it.
  • My order is a gift, can you send it straight to the recipient?"
Yes, just let us know (by email) if you would like a handwritten message with it.
  • Do you make bespoke products for other organisations?
Yes, we enjoy working with charities, museums, and other organisations on bespoke products, often for Christmas. We have made baubles and mugs for companies including The Royal Academy, National Army Museum, Great Ormond Street Charity, and Gilded Bee.
